How We Make Money

GoSearch.Loans is free to use. We're able to provide this service because lenders and affiliate networks pay us when we refer borrowers to them. Here's exactly how that works.

We believe you deserve to know this upfront. Our commercial relationships may influence which lenders appear on our platform and in what order — but we are committed to presenting information accurately and without misleading you.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

$100 – $400

When you submit an enquiry through our platform and a lender accepts the lead, we receive a fixed fee. This fee varies by lender and loan type.

Cost Per Click (CPC)

$10 – $40

When you click through to a lender's website from our platform, we may receive a small click-based fee regardless of whether you proceed with an application.

Broker Referral Fee

$500 – $2,000

In some cases, we may refer you to a licensed mortgage broker. If a loan settles as a result, we may receive a referral fee. This is a Phase 2 feature — not currently active.

Does This Affect What You See?

Yes, potentially. Lenders who pay us referral fees may appear more prominently in our listings. However, we do not fabricate or misrepresent rate information. All rates displayed are sourced from publicly available lender information or directly from lenders.

We are not obligated to list every lender in the market. Our panel is limited to selected partners. The fact that a lender does not appear on GoSearch.Loans does not mean they are unsuitable for your needs.

Affiliate Networks

We participate in affiliate networks including Commission Factory and Impact.com. These platforms track referral activity and facilitate commission payments between us and lender partners. Standard cookie-based tracking is used to attribute referrals.

No Cost to You

Using GoSearch.Loans is entirely free. We do not charge you any fee for accessing rate information, using the Borrower Readiness Score tool, or submitting an enquiry. Our revenue comes entirely from the commercial arrangements described above.
